Amelia has over 20 years of experience in human services across Australia and the UK, she has held a variety of roles in practice, quality, safety, risk, and frontline service delivery within the disability, child safety, and community sectors. Amelia previously coordinated the Queensland Quality Collaboration Network and is passionate about connecting practice and quality professionals in the NFP sector to foster learning and growth.

Throughout her career, Amelia has been dedicated to delivering person-centred supports and embedding quality and safeguards into all aspects of service delivery, leadership, and organisational governance. She strongly advocates for multidisciplinary approaches and initiatives that enhance workforce capability to provide exceptional supports.
