Kate brings more than 20 years’ experience working for for-purpose organisations, with more than 10 years as an Executive, leading service delivery across NDIS services. In her role as COO of Civic Disability Services, Kate oversees service delivery across both Civic’s longstanding disability services, as well as Biala Peninsula’s early childhood intervention services. A dedicated mentor, Kate invests in developing future leaders and fostering inclusive workplaces. Under her leadership, Civic has been recognised as an Employer of Choice and has received multiple awards for quality and innovation. Alongside her role at Civic, Kate is a Board Director at Botany Family and Children’s Centre, and is an active member of the Central and Eastern Sydney Public Health Network. Kate is passionate about creating impact through community partnerships and collaboration, and holds qualifications in social science as well as certifications in both human centred design and change management.
